WORK FLOW

 
Hardening
High-frequency induction hardening guarantees the surface hardness and optimum strength of the material, which makes the shaft highly durable and resistant to abrasion. We can supply several conditions as follows: 
1, Hard chrome plated (surface without heat treatment)
2, High-frequency induction hardened hard chrome plated
3,Quenched and Tempered
4,Induction hardened with Q&T
 
Centerless grinding
Our grinding lines work at high processing speeds with optimum efficiency. Depending on material and diameter requirements, surface qualities with roughness specifications up to Ra 0.2 µm can be obtained.
 
Surface treatment
By hard chrome plating, your components obtain a high resistance to corrosion and wear. This means high endurance over the entire life of the product. Usually, the thickness of hard chrome plating is 10μm ~ 15μm.Resistance in front salt spray (fog) test environment according to the ASTM B-117-97 could be 36 hours.
 
Polishing
We can guarantee you mirror-like polished surfaces with our optimal finish grinding method - without material loss.

The Induction Hardened Chrome Bars are usually used as guide rail or slide rail matching with L.M. Bearing because of the high durability, abrasion resistance, longer working life and dimensional accuracy.

Product Features:
The Stainless Steel shafts are fabricated using optimum quality stainless steel and latest machinery. The shafts undergo rigorous processes like pilling, straightening, grinding, polishing and finishing under the supervision of experienced engineers.
Different from Hard Chrome Plated Bars made by carbon steel, Stainless Steel shafts are made by Stainless Steel SUS304 or SUS303 with not hard chrome plated. Stainless Steel shafts have the excellent corrosion resistance performance as well as stainless steel. They are qualified under the condition of acidic, alkaline or high-temperature environment or cleaning and sanitation condition such as food processing machinery.

We can offer linear shafts with diameter 3mm- 120mm, maximum length up to 6000mm.When you have special requirements on machining, such as threading, axial holes drilled and tapped, radial holes drilled and tapped, milling flutes, reduced shaft diameter etc. we can machine for you. These special machines are finished after heat treatment and hard chromed so that we can ensure the precision of the product.
