Universal joint coupling structural features:

This standard is applicable to the connection of the Angle β between the axes of two shafts. 45° transmission application: Transmits nominal torque ranging from 11.2N.m to 1120N.m. The maximum inter-shaft Angle of each section is 45°. The tolerance of the finished hole is H7. Keyways, hexagonal holes, square holes and special hole types can be made as required. The Angle between the two shafts is allowed to vary within the specified range as required by the work. The joint parts are quenched at 43 to 46 degrees, the center slider at 48 to 52 degrees, and the pin shafts are carburized and quenched at 38 to 42 degrees. The material is made of high-quality alloy steel 42CrMo. There are two types of bearings: sliding bearing type (with a maximum speed of 1000RPM) and needle roller bearing type (with a maximum speed of 4000RPM, featuring high transmission accuracy, high dynamic load, and small bearing clearance).
