Aluminum shaft collar
An aluminum shaft collar is a mechanical component used to secure and position components on a shaft. It is typically a cylindrical ring with an internal bore that fits snugly onto the shaft and an external diameter that provides a mounting surface for other components.
The most commonly used product series includes stop screw type fixing ring series, stop screw boss type fixing ring series, open mouth fixing ring series, boss open mouth fixing ring series, separation type fixing ring series and so on

1.It has good corrosion resistance/wear resistance
2.It is fixed on the side of the rotating part and used as the axial fixing of the rotating part
3.It is fixed on one end of the guide shaft and used as a stop block of the linear motion mechanism with the guide shaft as the guide rail
4.The two fixing rings are clamped and fixed at both ends of the part on the shaft. The front and back positions of the part can be adjusted to be used as the axial positioning of the part
5.The shaft is held tightly by the open end screw locking to avoid damage to the rear shaft
