DM542A subdivision type two-phase hybrid stepping motor driver, using DC 18 ~ 50V power supply, suitable for driving voltage 18V ~ 50V, current less than 4.0A outer diameter 42 ~ 86mm two-phase hybrid stepping motor. The driver uses the current loop of the AC servo driver for subdivision control, the torque fluctuation of the motor is very small, the low speed operation is very smooth, almost no vibration and noise. The torque at high speed is also much higher than other two-phase drivers, and the positioning accuracy is high. It is widely used in engraving machines, CNC machine tools, packaging machinery and other equipment with higher resolution requirements.

The drive interface function
| Signal interface: PUL+ and PUL- are the positive and negative terminals of the control pulse signal; DIR+ and DIR- are the positive and negative terminals of the direction signal; EN+ and EN- are the positive and negative terminals of the enable signal. |
| Motor interface: A+ and A- are connected to the positive and negative ends of the A-phase winding of the stepping motor; B+ and B- are connected to the positive and negative ends of the B-phase winding of the stepping motor. When the A and B two-phase windings are exchanged, the motors can be reversed in opposite directions. |
