Product Description
The stamped outer ring needle roller bearing is formed by precision stamping of ST14 steel plate and treated with high temperature carbonitriding. It is characterized by small profile height and strong load capacity. The G2 outer ring raceway of needle roller is guided by a high rigid cage to make it better parallel to the axis.
The outer ring of this type of needle roller bearing adopts a static fit with the bearing box, and does not require a suction fixing device. Even under high speed and large load conditions, the bearing function can be fully maintained. In addition, due to the large volume of fat storage, it can not add grease for a long time, but also ensure the long-term flexible rotation of needle roller bearings, and the equipment runs smoothly.
