Product Feature:
1. Higher load rating: The unique design of the ball plate is made of hardened steel, the precision groove is slightly larger than the size of the ball, so that the contact area between the ball and the ball plate increases, and the bearing of this design has three times the rated load of conventional linear bearings.
2. Automatic adjustment: The ball plate is convex, so it can provide a pivot point in the center, and the pivot point can automatically adjust the bearing by 0.5 degrees. The reholder and outer sleeve are made of engineered polymer, which has low weight, low friction, and low wear resistance, thus ensuring smooth movement of the superior linear bearing.
5. Clearance and adjustment: The ball plate of the super linear bearing is designed to be used in the outer sleeve, which allows the clearance between the ball and the shaft to be adjusted by using clearance adjustment, thus making it suitable for the optimal application environment.
6. Interchangeability: Super linear bearing design can be used completely interchangeably with conventional linear bearings.
